Life Cycle Events

Weddings
Members of Plymouth, their immediate family members and those who consider Plymouth their spiritual home are invited to host their wedding ceremony at Plymouth in either the Sanctuary or the Chapel. The couple should contact the Hospitality Coordinator Emily Venell (ext. 281), to confirm Plymouth’s availability. The coordinator will work with the couple in reserving the building, and requesting a minister, organist and wedding coordinator. Arrangements for a reception can also be made. Although not recognized by the state, Plymouth conducts same-sex marriages and commitment ceremonies.

Memorial Services & Funerals
Memorial services and funerals in the Sanctuary or Chapel are held for members of Plymouth and others associated with the congregation and members of their families. Contact a minister or Emily Venell (ext. 281) in the church office. Arrangements can also be made for a reception following the service. The Memorial Service Committee helps in preparation for memorial services or funerals held at Plymouth. Taking time to plan one's memorial can be helpful to family and friends; Plymouth Church clergy have prepared a Memorial Planning Packet.

Baptisms
Baptisms are held monthly on specified Sundays during worship. Contact Timm Douma (ext. 262) in the church office to make arrangements and set up a meeting with the officiating minister.
